One’s ability to maintain a desired level of health depends on their accountability and responsibility that they assume for health.

In General, People have nature of carving for food, that to for unhealthy foods. Since the underprivileged group of people don’t have enough money and knowledge of healthy foods and hygienic food behavior they are more vulnerable towards health issues and diseases. Living place is also a disadvantage for them. Due to improper diet, missing morning breakfast, taking unhealthy minimal food they are noted as unhealthy group.

Example: Many Individuals think that headache is a common illness and it has nothing to do with health issues or food intake, Many older adults think that joint paint is a normal part of aging and don't seek medical attention for it, when it can be treated

Children with poor eating habits are at risk academically as well as physically. An unhealthy diet doesn't meet daily recommendations for fruit and vegetable intakes and consists of mainly processed foods, refined grains and foods that are high in fat, sugar, cholesterol, sodium or all four. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, students who practice unhealthy eating are more likely to receive poor grades, get low test scores and pursue less education.
